Our online ventilation equipment sales website meets several requirements: price, product selection, quality, and service. To fulfill its commitments, France Ventilation relies on extensive experience in the ventilation sector and a desire to promote effective and innovative products that enhance home comfort.

To order a product from our catalog, you need to add it to your cart. To do so, once you have chosen the product, simply click on the “Add to Cart” link, and it will be automatically updated. You can repeat this process for each new product you want to order. You can view and modify the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the “Cart” icon located in the menu bar or by accessing the “Your Cart” window located on the right side of the website.

You will only be charged on your credit card upon shipment of your order.

We provide delivery within 24/48 hours throughout France for any order placed before 2:00 PM, subject to working days and transport contingencies.

Our shipping times depend on the ordered items, their availability, and your payment method. Products that are permanently out of stock are removed from our catalog as soon as we become aware of the stock shortage.

All our orders are processed administratively from Monday to Friday. Therefore, our service is closed on weekends and public holidays.

For in-store pickup, you will be notified of the arrival of your order at the store via email and SMS (if your mobile number is provided). You must bring the required proof of identity with you.

To optimize our service, we have selected four payment methods:

• By credit card: Pay securely online with your Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Visa, or Electron card.
• By bank transfer: When paying by bank transfer, please instruct your bank to transfer the total amount of your order, including your name and department number (e.g., Dupont31), to our company’s account. Please note that your order will be processed upon receipt of the transfer.
• By check: You can send us a check made payable to FRANCE VENTILATION to the address SARL FRANCE VENTILATION 275 rue de l’Ormière 31380 GARIDECH. Please note that your order will be processed upon receipt and clearance of the check.
• By PayPal: For an easy and secure payment option.

You have two options to return a defective product to us:

• Option 1: Visit our store directly, and please make sure to bring your purchase invoice with you.
• Option 2: Return the equipment by postal service or courier, indicating the Return Authorization Number provided by our customer service. The outbound shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who should use a secure and insured means of transportation to prevent any damage during transit. The return shipping costs will be covered by SARL FRANCE-VENTILATION. Any equipment sent without a return authorization number will be refused. The Return Authorization Number should be clearly indicated on the outside of the package. We reserve the right to refuse any package that does not appear to be properly packaged. Please include a copy of the purchase invoice or delivery note, as well as the email confirming the return authorization, inside the package.
