IN-STORE PICKUP
You can also pick up your order directly at our store. Our shop is located in Garidech, Haute-Garonne.
Pick-ups are available without an appointment from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM, and from 2:30 PM to 6:15 PM.

HOW ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS DETERMINED?
The delivery costs are determined based on a pricing grid that takes into account the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination and chosen carrier.

Additionally, you will also receive updates from our carrier when the package is at their logistics platform.

What should I do if my package is damaged upon delivery?
- If your package is damaged upon receipt, open it in the presence of the carrier and note the observed anomalies on the driver’s delivery receipt.
- If your package is severely damaged, refuse it and contact us at 05.61.74.89.00. Our representatives will explain the further steps to follow.
How to return my package?
If your product is under warranty, please call us at 05.61.74.89.00 so that we can arrange the return procedure at our expense.
If your product is not under warranty and you wish to return it to us, the return shipping will be at your expense. You can either request an exchange or a refund.
