PUNTO XPAT100 is an individual extractor for WCs or any other wet rooms; it can be installed on the wall or ceiling (fixed with 4 screws) outside the electrical protection area.
It can be used for direct extraction or connected to a short duct (max. 1 m). PUNTO XPAT100 is designed for intermittent rather than continuous operation (use when the room is occupied). The fan is timed to stop, and flaps open and close automatically when the fan is switched on and off.

Existing homes, ventilation of damp rooms where a centralised system cannot be installed.
